What Is Intake Decarbonization?
In most modern direct-injection engines (like those from BMW, Audi, Volkswagen, and other European makes), fuel no longer washes over the intake valves. As a result, oil vapors and carbon deposits gradually build up on the valves and intake ports. This buildup restricts airflow, reduces power, and can cause misfires or rough idle.
Our walnut blasting process uses finely crushed walnut shells and compressed air to safely remove those deposits, without damaging your engine components.
